MazeCrafts sells exclusively to business customers and therefore has no consumer disputes within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Commercial disputes are handled as set out in our Terms and Conditions: German substantive law applies and Berlin is the place of jurisdiction. Before litigating, we will always try a documented escalation call between authorised representatives of both parties.

8. Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to section 7(1) of the Digital Services Act implementation law (DDG). Under sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in this respect arises only from the point in time at which we obtain knowledge of a specific infringement. We prepare content with care but give no warranty that it is complete, current or accurate, and reserve the right to change or remove pages without notice.
